Pricing FAQs

What are the differences in card types?
  • We categorize cards as Standard (typical bank-issued credit cards) and Premium (rewards or signature cards like Chase Sapphire or Amex Platinum).

How fast are your payouts?
  • Card Payments: 2 business days (e.g., Monday transactions settle Wednesday).

  • ACH Payments:
    -   Standard: 4 business days (e.g., Monday transactions settle Friday).
    -   Fast: 2 business days (e.g., Monday transactions settle Wednesday).

  • Payout schedules are subject to change based on merchant underwriting, merchant risk, and transaction limits.

What does the Max Fee mean?
  • Our ACH transactions have a maximum fee of $10.30 or $11.00 (depending on your funding schedule). This means transactions over $1,000 will not incur a fee higher than this cap.

What is Surcharging?
  • Surcharging allows you to add a fee (up to 3.00%) to credit card transactions to cover processing costs. It's only applicable to credit cards, not debit or ACH, and the maximum fee may change based on card network rules.
